Hi, I’m Harmony
Your partner in artist development, from big visions to tiny details and everything in between
Over my years of experience, I’ve worked in artist management, tour management, festival operations, event coordination, set/stage design, and festival booking, with opportunities to work on and at some of Canada’s largest music festivals and support major artists like the Jonas Brothers, 50 Cent, Jack White, and Cameron Whitcomb.
I have been fortunate to live a life surrounded by incredible music and amazing people. It stokes my passion to continue operating in the music industry and supporting independent artists who dream of playing to packed-out crowds on iconic stages.
I want to get you there! And I want to come with you as an enthused team member who adopts your dream as one of my own. Let’s see how far this unity of passion, motivation, and commitment can take us. Let’s start launching your career!
Where it all started
My journey into artist management happened over time. From a young age, I was often found in the spotlight, first in church choirs, then in local theater productions, high school vocal jazz and chamber choirs, and singing the national anthems for the Kelowna Falcons baseball team (and some local hockey games) for eleven years. Although I continued to study music in university (and had the opportunity to sing and tour in their ~100 piece University Choir and Orchestra), I graduated with a BFA in Creative Writing from California Baptist University in Riverside, California.
Since graduation, I have worked as a professional copywriter, with clients including Reformation and OLIPOP. When I returned to Kelowna in 2022 after a few years in California and Oregon, I wanted to be part of the resurging live music scene. So I dove head-first into Kelowna’s music industry, freelancing in any capacity where I could use my skills. Bio writing, event coordination, music video shoots, photoshoots, set design, festival applications, event operations, and merchandise: I did it all. Right away, I joined the band 538st as their publicist, which developed into becoming their manager and tour manager over the next four years to now.
In 2023, I relocated with the band to Vancouver, British Columbia, where I took on the role of Festival Operations Specialist for Front Gate Tickets through Ticketmaster. In this position, I communicated with festival directors and operations managers to build and attend many of Canada’s largest music festivals. The position not only included building all festival logistics from the back-end, but also managing access control and ticketing on-site, placing me directly in line with artists, festival promotors, and tour managers.
Also during this time, I worked as stage crew and technical crew for the Jonas Brothers and 50 Cent through the Grey Cup Festival and the BC Lions’ home opener games. And with my position overseeing the guest list at the Vancouver-based, Live Nation-owned Commodore Ballroom, I interacted with tour managers, production, and venue management to protect the revenue of major artists, including Jack White, Role Model, Cameron Whitcomb, Tenille Towns, Richy Mitch and the Coalminers, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, and The Wailers.
All my experience has prepared me to launch my own network with HRMNY Drop Music. It has also taught me that working with large-scale artists is a privilege, but working with independent musicians is my passion.
